“I’m not a climber, but I’ve used carabiners like this many, many times for rappelling, as well as for load rigging and other things. Take it with a grain of salt, but these are among the best I’ve used. The reason I say this is the buttery-smooth locking cylinders (which can easily be locked and unlocked with one hand), the spring tension, the incredible weight limits, and of course the certifications these have.”
